CLIMB
Computer Mouse Design
"Climb" is designed as a promotional item for National Geographic. The main concern was ergonomy which has been achieved by additional support under the back of the palm. Under the support, a small carabiner is located. This small detail enables users to attach it to various places. Also, "carabiner" symbolizes the freedom and adventure which National Geographic offers as well.
Furthermore, I designed a 3D printable mouse to make an open-source contribution and prepared a tutorial about how to give it full functionality. The tutorial basically shows how to insert a PCB taken from another mouse into the 3D printed one, after printing the shell elements and assembling it.
My aim was to design a 3D printable, ergonomic and National Geographic inspired mouse.
